Next Range Rover and The Mystery of the Back of the Front Seat… #rangerover l405

A little while back we noticed something attached to the back of the front seats:

Spy-Shots of Cars

Could it be a return of the picnic table?  Seems a little too bolted on in this picture.

Then yesterday with the posting of some interesting new spy shots, we got this new view of back of the front seat:

Could the top shot be a prototype and the bottom the actual item?  What do you think, let us know!!

Range Rover Next’s Front Profile Revealed? And a visual historical comparison #rangerover

Car Magazine had some new spy shots last week showing the Range Rover L405’s front without as much camouflage as usual.  And I’m sure they’re still hiding a lot of cues.  It’s interesting and a little scary.

Not sure if I’d know it was a Range Rover just from that shot, but I think that’s the point with these test cars.

For comparison, here’s some other Range Rover “noses” through the years.

Another round of Range Rover Camou’d Spy Shots #rangerover #rangerovernext

Still more of the same camouflage but this time in hot weather testing.  It seems some of the blogs can’t decide whether or not this is the next Range Rover or Range Rover Sport.  Either way, I’m sure they’ll do a good job.  For me, it’s the interior I have to see, and they better be going all out on this one.
