Adding this for reference since things changed with the MY24 physical controls purge.
For Pivi Pro vehicles prior to 2024, with central volume knob
1 – Select Park (P).
2 – Hold the media power button down, AKA the central volume knob
3 – Continue to hold the media power button(volume knob) down, until the touchscreen goes blank, followed by the brand logo screen being displayed.
4- Release the media power button.
The greetings start-up screen is then displayed indicating the system reset is complete.
For Pivi Pro vehicles from 2024, without central volume knob
1 – Select Park (P).
2 – Hold the phone button down on the steering wheel
3 – Continue to hold the phone button down, until the touchscreen goes blank, followed by the brand logo screen being displayed.
4- Release the phone button.
The greetings start-up screen is then displayed indicating the system reset is complete.
