To All U.S. Land Rover Retailers:

Distribution Bulletin 222309.023 issued on Sept 23rd informed of the impact of current semiconductor supply constraints on our ability to build Range Rover and Range Rover Sport Autobiography and 1st Edition models. These models are fitted with high specification Meridian audio systems which rely on the semiconductors that are constrained.

The Distribution bulletin also advised of existing order amendment actions that were being taken in response to these semiconductor supply chain constraints. Any order amendment will be indicated in the vehicle VISTA record and via the Monroney

In the case where a customer order is amended to a lower spec audio system a Monroney credit will be implemented to compensate for the loss of feature. The value of the credit will be as follows:

Range Rover Autobiography & First Edition
Originally fitted with: Meridian Signature Sound
Amended to: Meridian 3D Surround Sound

Monroney listed with: Audio System Credit  $1075

Range Rover Sport Autobiography & First Edition
Originally fitted with: Meridian 3D Surround Sound
Amended to: Meridian Sound

Monroney listed with: Audio System Credit  $450

What is expected of our Retailers / Staff.

your customers on the situation.

In addition, and to assist, attached to this bulletin is a customer letter. We ask that when details of the
audio system amendments are made to existing orders, you proactively reach out to your customers to advise them of the change and provide a detailed explanation. A copy of the letter can be provided to customers if you believe it is appropriate to assist in the explanation process.  The collective Jaguar Land Rover North America team understand the ongoing frustrations these supply disruptions pose. We appreciate your efforts in handling communications and managing customer expectations through these challenging times.

Real Question:
What makes these vehicles still uniquely Autobiography?  Leather roof liner?  How does this affect noise cancellation?  Do we get an Autobiography with the lesser headrest too?
